Villa Maria II Apartments is a beautiful four-story apartment community for persons whose head of household is over the age of 62. These apartments are located directly behind Villa I and are sponsored by Catholic Housing of Birmingham I & II, Inc., which has been a housing provider in the greater Birmingham area since 1988 and takes pride in meeting the housing needs of our elderly population. With the growing need for affordable housing Villa Maria II opened in February 2008, adding 57 more apartment homes to this already beautiful community.
